Cake #10: Justin's Birthday Cake
Justin's birthday cake.
It turned out good for the first "beer cake."
Next time the things I'll do different are:
1. make sure the gelatin ice has time to completely mold together, and
2. use empty beer cans instead of full ones (so that they don't break the cake!).
Justin enjoyed the cake... and the beer! Success!

Cake #9: Baby Shower Cake - phase 1
I'm making a baby shower cake for work. On days I have to work, I try to bake the cakes one day and decorate the next because the process can take a while. Sooo, here's phase 1!
The top layer is a chocolate fudge cake, blue buttercream icing in the middle, and yellow butter cake on the bottom. I used a 12in. pan. The chocolate was only 1 cake box mix, the yellow butter I used 1.5 cake boxes.
